How do I get started?
Use this calendly link to set up a zoom call with Eli. We will talk about what you want to accomplish with coaching and then come up with a plan for how we might accomplish that. Some possibilities:
Regular one-on-one coaching sessions. These can be once a week, once a month, or at whatever cadence makes sense for you. We usually plan for a course of 4 to 8 sessions, organized around achieving a specific goal.
Performance analysis. Eli can join a meeting or attend a presentation and assess where your storytelling skills can jump to the next level. If you are preparing for a particular event, we can work together throughout your prep so that you are set up for success.
Workshop design. Eli can build and deliver a skill-building workshop for your team, or we can work together to design a workshop to achieve any goal you want to achieve. Eli can provide expert facilitation or help you to facilitate a team-building event that will transform how you work together.
